Can every record be deleted?
Not always. Data protection rights have exceptions. We make eligible requests and explain when a company has a lawful reason to retain something.
Do I contact the companies?
Usually, no. ScopeProof handles the requests and follow-ups. We only come back to you when your input is needed.
What’s the difference between Basic and Pro?
Both plans send an erasure request to every broker we cover, once a month, because brokers keep collecting new data. Pro adds a weekly scan to check if your data is being sold anywhere new, plus dark web monitoring, with more Pro features on the way. Either plan can be billed monthly, or yearly for less.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your plan and revoke our authority from your account.
